Are these UDC members the white supremacists who put up all those racist monuments BLM has warned us about? How about those Confederate veterans above them? Some mighty desperate and despicable folks if you ask me.

If Confederate Imagery Banned from Schools, So Should BLM. And, Here's Why. : New York, Virginia, Arkansas, Texas and Tennessee

SEPTEMBER 14, 2020

**   Proposed Niskayuna school district policy asserts 'black lives matter.'  (Schenectady, New York.  The policy also bans Confederate and Nazi imagery.  I can tell you another racist symbol to me is Black Lives Matter.  Not only that, but all too often BLM demonstrations end up with police confrontations, arson, rioting and looting.  If Confederate symbols are banned, so also should anything with BLM on it.)

**  UVA approves removal of controversial statue.  (Univ. of Virginia in Charlottesville.  Big surprise there.  Like college, like town.  The statue is of American Revolution hero George Rogers Clark.  They also are doing other things to remove the school's history.

**  Fort Smith alters proposed renaming policy.  (Arkansas.  Besides other name changes, also streets now, including Albert Pike Avenue.  They have already announced they will be renaming Albert Pike Elementary School.)

SEPTEMBER 15, 2020

**  Abilene ISD board votes to rename  4 elementary schools named after Confederate leaders.  (Texas)

**  Collierville residents continue call for Confederate marker's removal from Town Square Park  (Tennessee)
