Are these UDC members the white supremacists who put up all those racist monuments BLM has warned us about? How about those Confederate veterans above them? Some mighty desperate and despicable folks if you ask me.

The Second Civil War: North Carolina Statues, What Happens After Removal? South Carolina and Canada

OCTOBER 28, 2021

**  NC officials have taken down more than 20 Confederate monuments recently.  Here's where.

(Asheville, Charlotte, Clinton, Durham, Fayetteville, Greensboro, Greenville, Lexington, Louisburg, Oxford, Pasquotank County, Pittsboro, Raleigh, Reidsville, Rockingham, Rocky Mount, Salisbury, UNC-Chapel Hill, Wadesboro,  Warrenton, Wilmington, Winston-Salem.)

**  What happens to Confederate monuments after NC removes them?  (Here's what should happen:  First:  All removal, storage and finding a new place for them should be paid for by the people who want them down.  Second:  The statues should be turned over to the UDC, SCV or a state or national battlefield.  Third:  All damage caused by BLM and kindred groups has to be repaired at their cost.)

What About Those College Professors? Half the Staff. A Murky Legacy. Not Here.

MARCH 8, 2021

**  Confederate statue haunts  Blacks in Mo. town.  (Liberty, Missouri.  For crying out loud.  It is in a cemetery!!!    The graves of some 40 unnamed Confederates are around it.  At least the "activists" who want the statue removed are willing to pay $10,000 for it.  I can respect that.)

**  Half the staff:  Confederate flag to fly  from smaller pole.  (Virginia.  All the impact!!)

**  Confederate monuments  vandalized in city-owned cemetery.  (Atlanta.  Again, that was not vandalism.  It was nothing short of a hate crime.)

**  A murky  legacy:  Confederate generals who helped black locals.  (How could this be?)

**  Ky. mayor says Confederate statue  won't be on city property.  (Owensboro, Kentucky)

**  South Alabama professors wore Confederate gear, posed with a whip  and noose.  Now they're under investigation.  (From Halloween 2014.  They have been placed on leave.  University of South Alabama.  Of course, nothing at all happened to college professors who provoked attacks on Silent Sam at UNC or the one at UAB who posted how to pull down a statue.  We must be fair here.)

That Party City Thang. Pennsylvania, Mississippi and Forrest

 OCTOBER 1, 2020

**  Party City has promised to stop selling Confederate costumes after a mother complained--  but Amazon continues to sell similar outfits.  (Virginia.  Using the old Black Rule.)

I just went to the Amazon site and they are still selling the Confederate costumes.  Good for them.  A big company should not have to kowtow to one person.

**  Rally against Nazi, Confederate  symbols set for Wednesday at state Capitol.  (Pennsylvania)

**  Another Mississippi school removing Confederate name.  (Biloxi.  Jeff Davis Elementary School.)

**  Wrestling with the ghost of a Confederate general.  (Tennessee.  Nathan Bedford Forrest.)

The Second Civil War: Arkansas, Polls Nearly Even, Alabama, Jacksonville, New York and Party City

 SEPTEMBER 29, 2020

**  Survey to seek ideas on Fort Smith school renaming.  (Arkansas.  Albert Pike Elementary School.)

**  Poll:  Virginians evenly divided on Confederate statues.  46% support removal and 42% oppose it.  This is a big reason removal people don't want to take the chance of letting the people vote on the issue.  Sadly, Democrats have control of too many localities.)

**  Anniston removes Confederate statue following vote.  (Alabama.  It was a 4-1 city council vote.)

*********************************

SEPTEMBER 30, 2020

**  Crowdfunding efforts to rename Jacksonville Confederate-named schools off to slow start.  (Florida.  Robert E. Lee High School, Kirby Smith Middle, J.E.B. Stuart Middle, Jefferson Davis Middle, Stonewall Jackson Elementary and Finegan Elementary.  Joseph Finegan was a Confederate general.)

**  Town board not keen on request to denounce Confederate flag.  (Rensselaerville, New York)

**  Party City removes Confederate Halloween costumes after white mom of two black girls calls outfits racist.  (Virginia.  Like I said, if you don't like the costumes, don't look at them or buy them.)

The Confederacy Under Attack: Philadelphia, Party City, Georgia, Charlotte, Jews, Oregon and Mississippi

SEPTEMBER 24, 2020

**  Confederate monuments are falling across the nation, but in Philly, a memorial to Southern troops still stands.  (Philadelphia, Pa. It is in the National Cemetery.)

**  'Party City (business) removes Confederate soldier Halloween costumes:  'We can and must do better.'  (Another case of the Black Rule.  The Black Rule means that all it takes is one black person to object to something to have it removed.  In this case it was a white mother with two adopted black children who found the costumes to be  offensive.)

**  People voice opinions about Confederate monument in town hall meeting.  (Georgia)

**  Charlotte's monument to a Jewish Confederate was hated even before it was built.  (Charlotte, North Carolina.  Judah P. Benjamin had no connection with the city other than a week he spent there while the Confederate government was fleeing after Sad R. was captured.)

**  Oregon  Department of Education bans Confederate flags from school grounds.  (My question is if they also banned anything with BLM on it because that stands for rioting, looting, hate crimes and arson.)

**  Majority Black school closer to shedding Confederate name.  (Jackson, Mississippi.  Enrollment at Lee Elementary School is 96% Black.  The sooner the name is removed, the better.  It should have been changed a long time ago.)

About Those Confederate Halloween Costumes. Arizona, Virginia and Paintballs

SEPTEMBER 23, 2020

**  Party store in Fairfax County was carrying Confederate costumes.  (Virginia.  Completely ridiculous for the lady to have a cow about the costumes.  Lady, if you don't like the Confederate costumes, DON'T buy them.  Walk away.  Walk Away.  But, figuring this is Virginia, nothing much surprises me from that state anymore.  I still think there must be something wrong with their water.)

**  State officials reviewing Confederate monument plan.  (Arizona)

**  Va. Senate panel votes to keep public hearing  rules for Confederate statue removals.  (Virginia.  I'm surprised.  I think the other side has taken over almost all of the state's governing bodies.

**  Roanoke to give Confederate monument to cemetery, historical society.  (Virginia)

**  Police seek identity of men, one wearing Confederate flag jacket,  suspected of shooting paintballs.

**  Indiana borough council approves resolution concerning Confederate flag.  (Pennsylvania.  They condemn the flag.)

Obscenities and Even a Halloween Black Rule? Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, U.S. Capitol, Missouri and Virginia

 SEPTEMBER 21, 2020

**  Alabama Archives faces its legacy as Confederate 'attic.'     Too much Confederate stuff.   Bad,  Bad, Bad.

**  Fort Mill connector road will honor memory of former slave.  (South Carolina)

**  Trump supporter yells 'f--- black lives' during North Carolina parade, video shows.  (Elon University.  Of course, that is nothing compared to the obscenities shouted by BLMers and their white minions.  And, they also write "f---"  all over Confederate statues and usually spell it correctly.

***********************************

SEPTEMBER 22, 2020

**  Future of Confederate general statue remains undecided.  (Florida.  Statue of Confederate General Kirby Smith at the National Statuary Hall in U.S. Capitol.  Want to replace it with statue of black woman.  I agree with its removal.

**  Jefferson City Council pushes back vote to remove Confederate monument.  (Missouri)

**  Arlington mom shopping for  daughters' Halloween  outfits shocked to find Confederate soldier children's costumes at party store.  (Virginia.  Of course. There must be something wrong with the water in Virginia for all those white people to turn like that.   A white mother of two adopted black children was offended because of two Confederate children's costumes offered for sale.  Hey lady.  Then don't buy it.  Sadly, Party City no longer sales them.

I Guess This Is An Example of a White Woman Using the Black Rule.  --Old Secesh

In case you're wondering, the Black Rule is that all it takes is for one black person to be offended for something to be removed.
