Are these UDC members the white supremacists who put up all those racist monuments BLM has warned us about? How about those Confederate veterans above them? Some mighty desperate and despicable folks if you ask me.

Here Is the List of Army Bases to Be Renamed-- Part 1

From the March 26, 2023,  "Army: Cost of renamimg  nine Confederate-named military bases  has nearly soubled" by Suzanne Downing.

And, of course, you know where I stand on the issue of costs.

**********************

THOSE who want it renamed should bear the cost of doing so.

That means that BLM, SPLC and NAACP as well as their white minions should pay.

Who Should Be Paying for All These Army Base Name Changes?

MARCH 25, 2023

**  Confederate flag banned from Fort Worth Stockyards after flying in St. Patrick's parade.  (Texas)

**  Here's when Army bases honoring the Confederacy will shed  their old names.

**  Virginia  ceremony kicks off  Army's official removal of Confederate names from its bases.

**  Dawn Sanley on Confederate flag, tragedy that led to March madness to return to South Carolina.  (The NCAA would not hold any championship games in the state because of the Confederate flag on the statehouse.)

**  Fort Pickett to become the first  Army base to drop its Confederate name.  (Virginia)

And, again, I say that the cost of the name changes should be paod by BLM, NAACP, SPLC and their white minions.

So, What Is a WWM?

AUGUST 3, 2022

**  'This is ridiculous': Johnson responds to Kotek's challenge to condemn Confederate flags at rallies.  (Oregon)

**  Confederate controversy in Georgetown:   Council approves controversial funding request for local museum.  (Delaware.  And the WWM, Islamic folks, SPLC, BLM are up in arms.  WWM, by the way is White Woke Minions.)

**  Youngkins pick for Virginia's historic resources board resigns after comments on Confederate statues, slavery.  (Virginia)

******************************

AUGUST 4. 2022

**  CAIR  welcomes resignation of Va. appointee who made pro-Confederate comments.  (Still waiting for the Council on American-Islamic Releations, CAIR, to welcome or condemn Islamic terrorist activity.)

**  Confederate Names Task Force gets closer to renaming  VA highways.  (And, of course, all will have to be named after after black folks.)

The Second Civil War: Panels, Letters, Flags, Bills, Pedestals, Storage and a Cemetery

MARCH 16, 2021

**  A key panel has voted to remove a bust of Confederate  Gen. Nathan Bedford Forrest from the Tennessee Capitol.  (A Key Panel?  What is a key panel?  Is that where you keep your keys?  I have a key hook.)

**  Letter:  How can you fly a Confederate flag and call yourself a Patriot?   (Chuckle)

**  House committee  approves bill critics say  aims to keep Confederate monuments  on state Capitol grounds.  (West Virginia)

**  Fort Myers quoted in the range of $60,000 to remove Robert E. Lee pedestal.  (Florida.  That seems to be a tad high.  Real high.  Someone's looking to get rich.  Must be a mayor's bud.  Let the BLMers and their white minions at it.  They'll do it for free.  But messy, very, very messy.  Maybe a $10 donation to take a whack at it with a sledge hammer.)

***********************************

MARCH 17, 2021

**  Virginia Beach Confederate monument still in storage, committee didn't   support either proposal to move it.  (Virginia.)

**  $200,000 worth of damage  done to presidents, Confederate graves at Virginia Cemetery.  (Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond.  More than 18,000 Confederate soldiers, generals and Jefferson Davis buried there.  No damage to president Monroe and Tyler graves.  No damage done to any clearly Confederate graves either.  Richmond police chief and mayor up in arms about it.  Which is kind of funny considering what they have allowed to happen to Confederate monuments in that city.)

Will BLM Be Rioting in Kenosha Tonight? Nancy Gets Hers.

JANUARY 5, 2021

I was listening to a radio station this morning and heard that the City of Kenosha, Wisconsin,  is preparing for riots and that the state governor has called out some 500 National Guard soldiers for that possibility. The county is determining whether the officer who shot the black man should be tried.

Should the decision be to try him there will be no problem.

But, if the decision is not to try him, BLM and their white minions will be out there rioting, burning and looting.  It is what they do best.

Look at all the preparations that were made in major U.S. cities during the presidential election.  Had trump won, BLM would have been out there rioting, burning and looting.  That is what they do.

In my opinion, anyone who backs this group supports rioting, looting and burning.

Of course, it's winter in the Midwest right now.  Maybe they'll wait for nicer weather.

**  I just had to chuckle a bit when the U.S. House Speaker, a noted supporter of BLM had her house vandalized because of the relief paychecks.  Wonder who vandalized her home?  It was Confederate statues or paintings.

Oh, Well.  You Know How They Get When They Don't Get Their Way.  --Old Secesh

Still Voting to Keep Confederate Monuments

NOVEMBER 4, 2020

**  Mississippi voters choose a new state flag after 126 years with Confederate emblem.

***********************************

NOVEMBER 5, 2020

**  Mississippi voters approve  flag with magnolia instead of Confederate symbol.

**  Residents vote to keep Confederate statue in front  of Franklin Co. courthouse.  (Virginia.  A huge majority, 21,152, voted to keep it where it is.  But, it is not binding on the Board of Supervisors who will have the final say.)

**  Long at odds with Trump, Defense Secretary  Esper has prepared a letter of resignation.  (But is till pushing to remove Confederate names from Army bases.)

**  2 south Arkansas  counties vote to keep  Confederate monuments.

**  City defers vote on Confederate monument.  (Brunswick, Georgia)

I was wondering how people in the Southern states felt about the monuments.  Now they speak.  So sorry Democrats, liberals, BLMers and white minions.  Of course, this is why they don't want to put it to a vote.

Well At Least We Don't Have to Have BLM Rioting, Looting and Burning

With the election of Joe Biden as the next president, the major cities of the United States can breathe a sigh of relief as there will not be any rioting.  They were prepared for it.

If Donald Trump would have won, BLM and their white minions would have been out in the streets and we would have a repeat of what happens so often when BLM commits to "peaceful demonstrations" which turn into, as the media puts it, "civil unrest."  This is actually what most call rioting, looting and burning.

Since Joe Biden won, you will not be seeing Trump supporters out BLMing it as it were.  Congratulations to President-Elect Biden.  The people have spoken.

It Sure Will Be Interesting to Find Out How the Confederate Monument Removal Voting Went

Well, at least those horrible mud-slinging hate politician commercials are over as of yesterday.

But, I look forward to seeing how the voting went yesterday on the referendums involving the Confederate monuments.

It is my thought, that in most cases, the people will say to keep those statues where they are.

Of course, those in BLM and their white minions don't want people to vote as they are afraid they will lose.  They'd rather go after politicians who are usually too afraid to stand up to BLM bullying.

But, we will see.  Maybe I am wrong.

A Deeply Troubling Election, Cities Preparing for BLM Riots and Looting

It was with much consternation that I saw news clips over this past weekend about Chicago's preparations for tomorrow's election.  It is going to be all forces out to prevent anticipated rioting depending upon the election's outcome.

It is a sad day that this country has come to this.

And, we know who will be doing the burning, looting and rioting.  They have already done it twice in Chicago since he end of May.

Rest assured, if Joe Biden wins, Trump supporters will not be out in the streets rioting.  But, if Donald Trump wins, you can bet that BLM and their white minions will be doing their usual thing.  And that is burning, looting and rioting.

Media will be out in force on those streets.  Always makes for good ratings.

Jayhawks, That Lee Statue in Sad R., Alabama, Pennsylvania and North Carolina

OCTOBER 27, 2020

**  Fort Bend, Richmond agree to remove Jaybird statue honoring white supremacists from spot near City Hall.  (Texas)

**  Judge sides with Virginia, but Lee statue stays put for now.  (Sad R.  I sure hope they hurry up and take that statue down.  What the city allowed BLMers and their white minions to do to that statue is a crime.)

******************************

OCTOBER 28, 2020

**  Community members,  pastors, ask Albertville City Council to remove Confederate monument.  (Alabama)

**  Confederate flag case:  Salvagno to pay restitution for painting over images.  (Hancock, Pennsylvania.  Salvagno is the town's mayor.  He has a fine and will do community service.  Very mayor-like.)

**  Madison County Commission chairman explains process and decision  to move Confederate monument.  (Hunstville, Alabama)

**  Halifax voters split on referendum to move Confederate  monument.  (North Carolina.  But at least they get to vote on it.)

**  Confederate statue of Robert E. Lee will stay put in Richmond, Virginia until lawsuit resolved.  (Sad R.)

When BLMers and Their White Minions 'Vandalize' Confederate Memorials, This Is a Hate Crime.

OCTOBER 26, 2020

**  A Confederate monument stood at the steps of an Alabama courthouse for a century.  Now it's in a cemetery.  (Huntsville, Madison County.  Removed after months of protests by BLM and "vandalism" (hate crimes).  For some reason, it was removed at night.  Why are so many statues removed under the cover of the night?  Does that say something about the operation?

**  Confederate monument looms over black neighborhood in Kansas City.  It's here to stay.  (Missouri.  At the Forest Hill & Cavalry  Cemetery.  Of course, BLM folk have committed their hate crimes on it.  It is on privately-owned land (owned by UDC) in the cemetery so, until BLMers and their white minions decide to "topple" it, it will stay.   Wouldn't "toppling" a monument be considered a crime?  Guess not if it is a Confederate monument.

And here I was thinking that BLM only wanted Confederate memorials removed from public spaces.  Cemeteries were supposedly "safe" from these desires.  Evidently, they will not be happy until every vestige is gone.  What next?  Rewriting history books?  You Betcha.

What if someone were to "vandalize" a Martin Luther King Jr. monument or sign.  Would that be vandalism or something else?

About That Maybe Confederate Arkansas State Flag. Building Fences for BLM Protection in Georgia.

OCTOBER 7, 2020

**  Panel discussion:  'A Confederate star:  Arkansas ' flag and the Lost Cause.  (Still upset about the Arkansas state flag being some sort of a Confederate flag.)

**  Commission about to consider  petition to remove Confederate general  (Tennessee.  Gen. A.P. Stewart.)

**  Decay of the colossal wreck:  Confederate statues as protected cultural property.

**  "Liberty Bell" is augmented reality project at the Battery through next year.  (Charleston, S.C.  It is meant as a put-down to the Confederacy and is by the Charleston Defenders monument, but is really an interesting object to see the next time you are there.)

**  After protests, Georgia will build a fence around Capitol.  (BLM has been "protesting" at the Capitol building for police reform and against the Confederate statue on the grounds.  You know that whenever BLM and their white minions are involved, there is always the chance of rioting, confrontation, looting and arson.  So, the state is building a rather large fence around the building for safety.

And people wonder why I don't like the BLMers.)

Same problems whenever there is a judicial decision that they don't like.  Here we go again, rioting, looting and arson.  Like recently happened in Louisville and Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.  You don't see the so-called rightist racist groups doing that.

Now, Even Golf? Virginia, North Carolina, Black Cemeteries and School Names

 SEPTEMBER 30, 2020

**  Hanover School Board agrees  on new names for schools memorializing Confederate leaders.  Hanover County, Virginia.  Lee Davis High School could soon be renamed Mechanicsville High School.  Stonewall Jackson Middle School could be named Bell Creek.)

**  Lexington amends lawsuit to remove Confederate statue immediately.  (North Carolina.  Want it removed now and stored until lawsuit finalized.)

**  A counter to Confederate monuments, black cemeteries tell a fuller story of the South.

*************************************

OCTOBER 1, 2020

**  Despite push, few schools have dropped Confederate names.  (An analysis says that just 11 of 211 schools have had names changed.  Plus they want names changed of all schools named after anyone who opposed integration.)

**  Lexington calls Confederate monument 'figurative powder keg' that must be moved for public safety.  (North Carolina.   Only is the BLMers and their white minions get violent.)

**  What's in a name?  For some clubs in the South, uneasy ties to the Confederacy.  (Secession Golf Club in Beaufort, South Carolina.  The names of five tees carried Civil War names: Lee, Jackson, Stuart, Grant and Sherman, have been changed to important club members.  Kind of strange that a a South Carolina golf course would have a tee named for Sherman after his March Through the Carolinas.

Also, the First National Confederate flag has been replaced on the club's logo with the S.C. flag.  And, a copy of the South Carolina Ordinance of Secession has been removed from the clubhouse.  Even changing the name was considered, but not done.

The Va. State Senator With a Long Reach. Anybody Still Watching NASCAR or the NBA?

 SEPTEMBER 6, 2020

**  Police chief on leave after charging  Virginia lawmaker over  damaged Confederate statues.  (Portsmouth. A state senator and several other members of the black community charged with conspiring to damage the Confederate statue in town.  The senator has long reach, evidently.  And here I was thinking Confederate statues were open season for Blacks and their white minions.  Evidently not.)

**  Virginia governor:  Let localities  determine fate of Confederate statues.  (And, we all know what he wants done to them.)

**  (By the way, is the Lee statue in Sad R. still up?)

**  Group recommends the removal of Confederate flag from Williamson County seal  (Franklin, Tennessee)

**  Williamson County Democratic party calls for removal of county seal.  (Imagine that.  Democrats being against something Confederate.  And, they used to be the party of the South.  Something about Yellow Dog Democrats.)

**  Petition calls for removal of confederate (Confederate) flag from Williamson County seal.

**  Darlington Notebook:  Darlington to enforce Confederate flag policy.  (Darlington, South Carolina.   NASCAR.  I wonder if they also ban BLM flags and tee shirts?  They are also offensive.  Anybody besides me no longer watching NASCAR or the NBA?)

The State of Confederate Statues in North Carolina-- Part 4

McClatchy News additional Confederate monuments taken down:

**  GREENSBORO (1):  A Confederate monument at a city-owned cemetery was "toppled" during the Fourth of July weekend.

**  WINSTON-SALEM (1):  The city removed a Confederate statue downtown March 12 citing public safety concerns because of protests for and against it at the site the preceding months.

**  CLINTON (1):  A statue outside of the Sampson County Courthouse was removed July 12 just hours after being "toppled."  "Toppled" means a hate crime was committed against it.

**  GRANVILLE COUNTY (1):  A Confederate statue was removed  June 24 after a "credible threat was made to remove it."

**  ROCKY MOUNT (1):  The city started to remove the Battle Park Confederate statue on June 29, the same day an apparent noose was found on a nearby tree.

**  VANCE COUNTY (1):  A Confederate statue was removed  from outside a county office building in July  and taken to an undisclosed site.

**  WILMINGTON (2):  On June 25, the city announced that two Confederate statues had been removed undercover of the night.

All so sad.  But,if removal and safekeeping will keep the BLMers and their white minions from doing their hateful stuff to them, I support that.

Black Lives Matter Strikes Again in Chicago: Riots and Looting, Part 2

Part 1 took place at the end of May.

What did the girl on that movie say, "They're Back!"   Again, media didn't mention BLM in connection to these riots and looting, but it was their baby.

They struck again.  The Loop and parts of Chicago were attacked by a mob of Black Lives Matter rioters intent on looting last night. Didn't they loot and burn enough two months ago?  Was there a new and larger HD TV available, a new I-phone, more fancy jewelry?

Reports say downtown Chicago looks like a war zone again.  At least the media is finally referring to what happened as riots and nor demonstrations.

Hopefully this will awaken people to the knowledge of exactly what kind of organization we have with BLM.  Hey folks! This is what they do!!

Hopefully the mayor has come to the realization that these are not outside agitators hijacking a peaceful protest.  Hopefully the Cook County states attorney won't be letting these guilty people go as she usually does.

Let the police do their job.  Be tough and all those BLM signs need to be taken down.

Hitler had his Brown Shirts for political purposes.  Who has the BLMers and their white minions?

Of interest, like two months ago, not one single Confederate flag or Confederate monument participated.

Where's the Anger?-- Part 1

Headlines from newspapers in Chicago.

February 17:  11 children among 26 people shot during single weekend of gun violence in Chicago.  (And this was during the winter.  It gets mighty cold in Chicago to be out and about.))

June 21:  Over 50 people shot, 8 killed in violent Chicago weekend.

June 28:  Black Lives Matter:  18 killed in Chicago over the weekend.

June 29:  5 black children murdered this month that Black Lives Matter will never mention.

June 29:  3  children shot dead, another 2 wounded in the crossfire over just one week in Chicago.

July 1:  7 children killed in shootings in last two weeks.

July 9:  When black children are killed, where's the outrage from the White and Woke?  (The White and Woke are those white people you see marching alongside the BLMers.  I call them white minions.)

*********************************

When race is not mentioned in these headlines, most of them were Blacks.

Wonder how many Blacks will be shot, wounded and killed by other Blacks this weekend.  How many black children will be wounded or killed.  One 9-year-old was killed on Friday.

You'd have to think Blacks would be more upset about these numbers than Confederate statues.

And Children?  Come On!!  Certain Folks need to get Their Priorities Straight.   --Old Secesh

Flags and Statues and Bases, Oh My!!

JULY 25, 2020

**  Trump erupted  over Esper's (Secretary of Defense) de facto ban on Confederate flags, sources say.  (This from CNN, a very anti-Trump network.  Was that Mt. St. Trump erupting?  Perhaps covered Seattle and Portland to bring peace before the BLMers and their white minions tear those cities down.)

**  Virginia Beach Council votes unanimously to move Confederate monument.  (It was removed two days later.  Back in June it had been completely covered and a large fence put around it so the BLMers and their white minions didn't have a chance to commit their hate crimes.  Thank you Va. Beach.  Now, here's hoping you can find a place to put it where BLM can't get at it.).

**  Trump vows that bases named for Confederate leaders  'will not be changing.'

**  With RNC out, activists  hope Mayor Curry focuses on removing Confederate monuments.  (Jacksonville, Florida.  The Republican National Convention won't be held there.  They also want the statue of Andrew Jackson removed.  Some want Hemming Park (named after the man who had the Confederate statue in the park erected) in Jacksonville to be renamed for James Weldon Johnson, who wrote what is called the Black National Anthem "Lift Ev'ry Voice and Sing."

**   UDC and SCV working to have the Confederate statue in St. Augustine removed.  (Sorry this has become necessary, but has to be done to keep N:M from committing hate crimes against them.)

Another Way to Tell That the Democrats Don't Like Us. Let's Remember This In November.

JULY 23, 2020

**  Crenshaw, Hurd, Other Texas Republicans vote with Democrats to remove Confederate monuments.  (These are the Confederate statues in the Capitol.    305 votes to remove, including apparently all Democrats (no big surprise there) but also 71 Republicans who crossed the line.  Hopefully their voters will remember this.  Six of them were from Texas.  This bill was co-sponsored by a black Democrat woman.

I am looking for whether or not any of the Illinois Republican representatives crossed over to the other side.  Because of the Democrats supporting Black Lives Matter  to the hilt, despite the looting, arson, rioting they do as well as the hate crimes they commit against Confederate monuments, I am voting against all Democrats in all elections other than McHenry County Chairman and perhaps for president.

Plus, the Democrats now have the majority in both houses of the Virginia General Assembly (as well as the governor) and we have seen what they have done to Virginia's history.  This by itself turned me against Democrats everywhere.

And, I voted for Democrats in the last two presidential elections.  And, I am in favor of taking the Confederate statues down in the U.S. Capitol, changing the names of the Confederate Army bases as well as removing all Confederate monuments from public land.  After all, Confederates did fight against the United States when they attempted to secede and start their own country.  They should not have places of honor in the seat of U.S. government or in the defense of our country.

This last about removing the statues is one primarily to take these away from the BLMers and their white minions so they can't desecrate them with their hate crimes.

This bill, however, is not expected to pass in the Senate where the Republicans have the majority.

Why Do the Democrats Waste Their Time.  It Is Impeachment Deja Vu All Over Again.  --Old Secesh

Richmond's Cost to Remove Its Confederate Statues Put At $1.8 Million. Who's Going to Pay?

JULY 23, 2020

**  Macon officials OK relocation of two Confederate statues.  (Georgia)

**  In a rebuke to Trump, Congress moves to remove Confederate names from military bases. (Well, Congress as in the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives.  And we all know how the democrats, once the political party of the South feels about anything Confederate.  We'll see how this bill does in the Republican-controlled Senate.)

**  Cost of removing Confederate monuments about $1.8 million.  Efforts are underway by private groups to raise some money to offset these costs, but have raised just over $25,000.  (Needless to say, I am not going to donate.  Personally I think the city's sad mayor and BLMers and their white minions should pay the whole amount.  I would sure hate to be a Confederate-supporter in that now disgraced city and know my tax money was going to this neo-Nazi movement (reminds me of that Brown Shirt group in the 1930s).

However, I would like to own one of those construction/destruction companies making all thee money from the removals.)

**  Two videos accompanied the above article of the removal of the Maury and Stonewall Jackson monuments.  Both had the marks of hate crimes on them.  Who do we know who regularly and single-mindedly seek out statues to commit hate crimes on?  I really thought their main reason for being was to protest against police killings of black people.  As far as I know, not one Confederate statue has killed a black person lately, other that the one that had the audacity to  fall  on a BLMer in the process of pulling (hate crime) it down.  I believe their word of choice for this now is "toppling."

There was a good-sized cheering crowd at the Stonewall Jackson removal and I am happy to see that they got wet.  It poured rain on them.   Sorry guys.  Hate to dampen your spirits.

**  Pelosi floor speech in support of Confederate statue removal legislation.  (This, of course, would be in the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives.  And, I thought her public speaking ability had been seriously curtailed after her childish behavior at the State of the Union Address.  She needed to be sent to the principal's office for that.)

Where's That Paddle?  --Old Secesh
