**  United Daughters of the Confederacy to hold rededication ceremony for Confederate monuments in Macon's Whittle Park.  (Rose Hill Cemetery, Macon, Georgia.  They had been previously removed from downtown.)

**  Alexandria moves to speed up renaming of Confederate streets.  (Virginia.  Washington Post article.  Don't you just know the Post is all for this.)

**  Alexandria aims to rename three Confederate-honoring streets every year.  (Of course, they will have to be renamed for black people.)

**  Confederate gravesites desecrated  in Surry County, sheiff's  office says.  (North Carolina.  Two were arrested and charged  with felony disturbing a grave marker.  How about that, it wasn't a case of vandalism as the Post would call it.  And two people were arrested for it.)
