Are these UDC members the white supremacists who put up all those racist monuments BLM has warned us about? How about those Confederate veterans above them? Some mighty desperate and despicable folks if you ask me.

Now Who Would Be Against Confederate Memorial Day?

APRIL 26, 2022

**  Some Alabamians call for  end to Confederate Memorial Day.  (And, you'll never guess who they might be.  Not in a thousand years.)

**  Mississippi protesters call for an end to Confederate holiday.  (And, again, you'll never guess who they might be.  For some reason, there was not an uproar or any protest when the Juneteenth holiday was rammed through.)

APRIL 27, 2022

**  How much will renaming Fort Bragg cost residents of the Fayetteville area?

**  What will Fort Bragg's name change cost?  And, who's picking up the bill?  (One source says signs will cost $2 million.  I always say, you want it changes, YOU pay for it.)

**  Petaluma  Speedway warns  fans, drivers against displaying Confederate  flags.  (As long as BLM stuff is also not allowed.  Some also find that offensive.)

Louisville Flags, 'The Lost Civil War', North Carolina, Charlottesville, Car Racing and Flags, Changing School Names?

JUNE 9, 2021

**  Pride flags stolen, replaced with Confederate flag in Louisville.  (Kentucky)

**  Ohio writer explores  the past of "Lost Civil War."  (A new book about Civil War sites that are no longer with us including destroyed during the war, by nature and even up to what BLM and the college students are doing to Confederate monuments.  Truly lost history.)

JUNE 10, 2021

**  Confederate monument's fate moves closer to getting moved.  (Laurinburg, North Carolina.  Erected in 1912.  Again, how long must something be there before some folks figure out they are offended by it?  Evidently a long time.)

**  Charlottesville will remove two Confederate statues, but the next steps are uncertain.  (Virginia.  Again, all costs with removal should be paid for by those who want them gone.)

**  Confederate flag  in car at NC racetrack prompts apology from race organizers in Winston-Salem.  (Ridiculous.)

**  Should schools named after Confederate generals change their names?  (If the majority of the students are Blacks they definitely should.  Otherwise put it up to the alumni, parents and students who go there.)

That Bubba Thang, Floyd, Hood, South Carolina, Sad R., Virginia and Texas

DECEMBER 31, 2020

**  Protests over George Floyd death, McGirt decision, jail reforms sweep Fort Smith region in 2020.

**  Defense bill will force Fort Hood to change name.

**  Work begins to change  SC racist  store into a racial harmony site.

JANUARY 1, 2021

**  Why removing one Confederate monument in Richmond (Sad R.) is not just about racism -- but safety.   (A.P. Hill monument is a traffic hazard.)

**  Bubba Wallace led  charge in 'pivotal moment'  for NASCAR with Confederate flag ban.  (Yep.  A real Kappy Napper, that Bubba.  Playing the old black card.  Can't wait to see what happens when NASCAR really opens to fans again.  They might just regret Bubba's decision.  Anybody besides me who gets grated whenever that Bubba insurance commercial comes on TV or radio? I sure won't be taking out any auto insurance with those guys.)

**  Botetourt  County Confederate monument likely to move within court square.  (Virginia)

**  New focus on Williamson County Confederate statue starts in January.  (Texas)

Confederadication: Stone Mountain, Boat Racing, Georgia, Schools, Bubba, Mississippi and Virginia

NOVEMBER 6, 2020

**  Reporter's Notebook:  A good time for Georgia  to address Stone Mountain's Confederate status.

**  Charleston Ocean Racing  Association changing symbol that looks like Confederate flag.  (South Carolina.  Well, it is part of the flag. Sperry, a boating shoe company, is a big sponsor and considering not sponsoring the 2021 event.)

**  Confederate statue at Douglas County courthouse moved Thursday.  (Georgia)

**  Students wore 'Confederate' attire to school, district says.  Texas NAACP outraged.   (Pearland High School.  But, it is okay for students to wear the offensive BLM stuff to school.  Where's the reason?)

**  Bubba Wallace, who urged Confederate flag ban, honored.  (For driving another nail into NASCAR's coffin?  Another example of a black person (and he is only half black, the other half is white) playing the race card.)

NOVEMBER 7, 2020

**  For black students, Mississippi's new state flag means  end of a 'Confederate' relic.

**  Confederate monuments removed from Fairfax County Courthouse.  (Virginia)
