Gregg, a black general.  He is deserving of the name change, but let's try not to rename EVERY Confederate-named fort after a black person as some people evidently want to happen.

**  City Council votes to permanently remove two Confederate monuments from downtown Wilmington.  (North Carolina.  Shame on Wilmington.  Removed last year during the Days of Rage for "public safety."  They will be turned over to the UDC.  At least they are doing something right.  But, the UDC should be reimbursed for all expenses relating to relocation.  Hopefully, those who were offended by it will pay, not the city.)
