** Richmond City Council debates process for choosing Confederate statue recipients. (Obviously, all monuments should go to SCV or UDC after they have been repaired and cleaned at city expense, or even better yet, BLN and their ilk expense. All expenses for removal and re-erecting should also be incurred by the city or BLM folk.)
