Confederadication: Florida, Confederate Holidays, Juneteenth, Alabama, Texas, It's Confederate With a Capital C!!! Mural and New Orleans

**  Lawmakers push to remove Confederate leaders' birthdays from public holidays; add Juneteenth.  (Florida.  Talk about a slap in the face!!)

**  Alabama  lawmakers punt on Confederate monument removal.

**  New resource to help North Carolinians remove Confederate monuments.  (A black organization sponsors the resource.  I'm so surprised.  Is that racist?)

**  Petition calls for removal of 'confederate'  statues at courthouse.  (Excuse me, Confederate KCBD 11, Texas)

**  NAACP  calls for removal of mural inside local library displaying Confederate flag, soldiers.  (Cabarrus County, N.C.  Imagine the NAACP being upset about something like that.  That's not racist is it.  Mural made in 1939.  Why did it take so long for the NAACP to notice it?)

**  New names  for 38 New Orleans streets, parks:  See all the current  recommendations.  (Most are Confederate names and will be replaced with black names.  That's not racist, is it?)

**  Members named  to panel scrubbing Confederate icons from DOD.
