Civil War II: Renaming Those Bases a Big Thing. Gettysburg of Bases, What About Those Black Activists? Harriet Tubman and the Pentagon

Most of the Confederate-named bases received the names before World War II.  That was an awful long-time for people not to be offended.  Was it a sudden-woke offense?

**  Retired Marine general, trailblazing  admiral among  new picks who will scrutinize bases with Confederate names.  (Hopefully at least one of the eight is a non-Black.)

**  Members named  to panel scrubbing Confederate icons from DOD.  (Aren't icons considered to be good?)

**  Confederate  military bases just met their Gettysburg.  (You mean Waterloo?)

**  North Carolina commission to work with  local activists to remove Confederate monuments.  (Again, how does a black person get to be an activist?  Wondering if there are any white activists?)

**  Renowned as a black liberator, Harriet Tubman was also a brilliant spy.

**  Here's how the Pentagon will remove the names of Confederates from military bases.
