** Enslaved, terrorized, disenfranchised: Black Americans still found ways to change America. (New York Times. Big surprise that they would print an article like this.
** Virginia police chief fired as felony charges dropped in Confederate vandalism case. (Portsmouth. A Virginia state senator riled a crowd to destroy a Confederate monument. Why she would still be allowed to be in the state government could only happen in a state that has descended into the depths as far as Virginia. She should be in jail. What she was trying to have happen was nothing less than a hate crime, something that is generally frowned upon unless it is against something Confederate.
Plus, obviously her devious power reaches far enough to get someone for for doing their job correctly. Only in Virginia. What has happened to Virginia?
** Franklin, Tennessee's 'Fuller Story' is focus of first Confederate Reckoning event Dec. 3.
** Woman arrested at Confederate monument protest. (Albertville, Alabama.)
** Stone Mountain Park's overseers to weigh change in Confederate tributes. (Georgia)
