Are these UDC members the white supremacists who put up all those racist monuments BLM has warned us about? How about those Confederate veterans above them? Some mighty desperate and despicable folks if you ask me.

Pittsboro, N.C.'s Confederate Statue
Going back through some headlines dating back to August of this year:
** Aug. 14: Daughters of Confederacy reject Chatham County monument talks. What's next for the statue.
** Aug. 20: Chatham Board (Pittsboro is in Chatham County which is southwest of Raleigh) votes to remove Confederate statue.
** Sept. 14: Protesters argue whether Pittsboro Confederate monument should come down.
** Oct. 5: Confederate statue supporters, protesters hurl insults in Pittsboro; three arrested.
** October 19: Protesters gather near Pittsboro Confederate monument.
Oct. 26: Confederate statue clashes in Pittsboro lead to two arrests.
