**  Overlooked:  Confederate marker on South Richmond courthouse lawn.  (Richmond Free Press, a notoriously anti-anything Confederate publication.  Obviously, they want it gone.)

**  Editorial:  Quit using  Florida law to celebrate Confederate traitors.  (Tampa Bay Times)

**  Input sought on Confederate name changes in Montgomery schools.  (Alabama.  Please don't just name them all after Blacks.)

**  Court orders upstate  woman to remove Confederate flag or risk custody of child.  (Thompkins County, New York.  Must remove a rock with Confederate flag on it or might lose custody of her multi-racial daughter.  The judicial system overstepping its boundaries.)

**  Lawsuit seeks Confederate statue removal from Talbot County court house.  (Maryland.  NAACP, what a big surprise.)
