No More Washington and Lee University? Hey, It's Va. What Would You Expect?

**  Complaint to be heard over Confederate statue in Daviess County on Wednesday.  (Owensboro, Kentucky)

**  Letters:  My Confederate  ancestor fought on the wrong side of history.

**  Removal of Asheville  Confederate  monument set to commence.  (Sad A, North Carolina.  This forsaken city is going to demolish the Governor Vance monument that was put up in 1897.  Why did it take some people so long to be offended?  And, I had plans to visit Biltmore.  Guess not now.)

**  Police record 'hate-related public order offence' against  couple for flying American Confederate flag in their back garden in Norwich.  (United Kingdom.  In other words, the couple flying the flag were being bad people.  Has it really come to this?)

**  No country for old things?  (About the Sad R. Confederate statues.)

**  What's in a name?  (In June, Washington & Lee University in Virginia will announce whether they will change their name.  In other words, drop the Lee.  Lee was a big reason the school survived after the war.  He is buried on the campus.  They could change its name to Woke University or Cancel Culture University.  So sad.   But, hey, it's Virginia.  What else could you expect from that state?  Of course, something will have to be done about that horrible Washington guy because, you know, he owned you-know-whats.)
