Are these UDC members the white supremacists who put up all those racist monuments BLM has warned us about? How about those Confederate veterans above them? Some mighty desperate and despicable folks if you ask me.

Confederatication: J. Edgar Hoover, Florida, Kentucky, Virginia and New Orleans

MARCH 22, 2021

**  Retired Michigan FBI agent:  Cancel Culture and why J. Edgar Hoover's name should stay on headquarters.   (March 21, 2021 Deadline Detroit.  Essentially, though Hoover did many bad things, he also did many good things.  Anyone interested in the renaming question should read this before deciding.)

**  Florida community campaigns to change school name.  (Jacksonville.  Robert E. Lee High School.  As I've said before, if the majority of its students are Blacks, then it should be renamed.)

MARCH 23, 2021

**  'Powerful reminder of racism.'  Student  movement works to relocate KY Confederate  statue.  (Danville)

**  Committee:  Botetourt County Confederate monument should move.  (Virginia.  Again, any question as to moving a monument should be left up to the people, not a governmental body.  Hopefully, with Virginia's sad record on removals, the voters will remember in the next election and throw these people out.)

**  Centre College needs to heed calls for racial equity:  Start by moving  Confederate statue.  (Danville, Kentucky)

**  Confederate Reckoning:  New Orleans commission  suggests new names for 37  streets and parks.  (Before I even take a look at the "suggestions," let me guess that every single one of them will be named after a black person.)
