The Confederacy Under Attack: VMI, Gettysburg, A.P. Stewart, Arkansas and Lexington

**  At VMI, black cadets endure lynching  threats, Klan  memories and Confederate veneration.  (Virginia Military Institute.  If this is true, the offenders should be kicked out of school.  There is no room for that behavior at any school, especially a military one.

**  The battle fought at Gettysburg is far from over.

**  Letters to the Editor:  A.P. Stewart wasn't divisive, but the crusade to remove Stewart's bust is.  (Hamilton County, Tennessee)

**  Confederate past still remembered all around the state.  (Arkansas.  List of the status of Confederate monuments around the state.)
