**  Judicial portraits and Confederate monuments stir debate on bias  in the justice system.  (It is believed that the portraits and monuments mean that Blacks will not get justice.  An even better suggestion is for Blacks to quit breaking the law so much.  Just look at the number of people shot and killed in Chicago for any week.  As Chris says, "Obey the law and be polite.")

**  Rampant racist language , Confederate flag prompted discipline years ago at  State Police."  (Arkansas.  I agree that there should not be this kind of language used in home bases.  Nor should their be swearing when arresting people.)
